Coaching Agreement & Terms of Service

By purchasing this coaching program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Coaching Services

This program includes private coaching sessions and access to digital tools and resources as outlined in your purchase offer. All sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise specified.

2. Scheduling & Rescheduling

• All sessions must be scheduled within the duration of your program (e.g., 2 weeks, 3 months, or 6 months from purchase).

• You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited.

3. Access Duration

Your access to the coaching portal, session replays, and any included digital materials (Course, PDFs, etc.) is limited to the duration stated in your purchase offer.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the time and energy invested in preparing and delivering your personalized coaching experience, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and your results depend on your commitment and willingness to apply the tools and insights provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All Reflection Method™ tools, materials, and processes are copyrighted and for your personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential.

Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice. It is a collaborative process intended for educational and personal development purposes.
